We opened our doors in the summer of 2002 and have been providing a different approach to pet care for residents of the City of Jacksonville and the surrounding areas. We offer a serene country setting with an abundance of love, personal attention and plenty of room for your pet to run, or just go for walks. We believe a happy pet is not bored or left alone while you’re away.
Our standard kennel is used for all dogs. Rates for kennels are not based on the dog’s size or breed. We do not put your pets out on a cement pad and let them in hours later. We work with your pet and mother nature to get them out and in as you do at home. When the dogs are let out in the play yard, they are in a supervised environment based on size, social interaction and either energy or activity level. We NEVER put dogs in crates unless you ask us to.
Personalized attention is what your pet will receive while you are away. Please bring pet supplies to make your pet comfortable and at ease while they are with us. When your pet is excited to see us upon return, that’s our advertisement that your pet was well taken care of. Your pets’ excitement is our guarantee to you that we try harder to bond with your pet.
Agility Pet Resort is owned by J. G. Letcher Enterprises Inc. and is a recognized pet care provider located just outside of the Jacksonville city limits. We are located west of Jacksonville and are not in an area that evacuates during a hurricane making us a safe haven in most storms. We are members of the Better Business Bureau of Northeast Florida and have never had a customer complaint registered.

Once you have tried us the love we give your pets and the bond we build with them, will keep you coming back. Remember it’s all about the dogs and cats we keep, so when you visit us please understand this, we are all about keeping pets happy while they stay with us. Tours are not given 4 days prior to holidays and after on some holidays. If the facility is almost full please remember to be kind and understanding, we keep more pets than just yours all owners deserve the same courtesies as you.
